• Balloon tickets distribution of each session will be stopped 5 minutes before the end of each session.
• Please visit the balloon twisting counter at timeslot designated on the balloon ticket only. 
• Please be patient while waiting for the made-to-order twisting balloon. 
• Each customer can only redeem one balloon ticket per day. 
• Customer must visit the balloon twisting counter at the timeslot designated on the balloon ticket only. Early or late access will not be accepted. 
• Balloon ticket cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offer and members’ discount. 
• The balloon ticket is non-redeemable for cash. 
• Balloon tickets are available while stock lasts. 
• Photos are for reference only. 
• Redeemed balloon tickets cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged. 
• All related responsibilities and liabilities of provision of products that are relevant to this promotion are to be entirely borne by the respective provider. 
• Staff of MegaBox and all merchants are not eligible to participate. 
• In case of any dispute, MegaBox reserves the right for final decision.
