• All parking privileges are applicable to private cars only. 
• Each vehicle may redeem the free parking offer a maximum of once per day, and enjoy up to 5 hours of free parking per redemption. 
• Parking Offer 1 and Offer 2 can be used together in a single redemption, with a combined maximum of 5 hours of free parking. 
• Mega Club members may upload same-day valid electronic payment receipts to redeem the free parking privilege for that day. 
• (If redeeming free parking offers via the MegaBox App, members must first successfully register for the Contactless Parking Service. After completing registration via MegaBox App, the registered vehicle must enter and exit the MegaBox car park once before the Contactless Parking Service becomes effective.) 
• Redemption locations for parking privileges with same-day valid electronic payment receipts: Concierge on G/F or L9. 
• Parking privilege redemption must be completed before exiting the car park. The Octopus card or Credit Card (Visa / Master) used for entry must be presented for verification upon redemption; otherwise, the redemption will not be processed. Customers who do not wish to redeem any parking privilege may simply pay at the exit gate. 
• Free parking privileges redeemed with Mega Points cannot be used in conjunction with other free parking privileges. 1,000 Mega Points can be redeemed for 1 hour of free parking, and a maximum of 5 hours of free parking may be redeemed with Mega Points per visit. 
• If a member has redeemed 1 hour of free parking with 1,000 Mega Points on the same day, such member shall not combine or use any other free parking offers on that day, including but not limited to parking offers redeemed with purchase receipts, physical or electronic free parking vouchers, and free parking entitlements obtained from other promotional activities. 
• To redeem free parking privileges via the MegaBox mobile app, successful registration for the contactless parking service is required. After registering on the mobile app, the registered vehicle must enter and exit the MegaBox car park once before the contactless parking service takes effect. 
• Customers who spend the designated amount via electronic payment at MegaBox merchants on the same day may redeem parking privileges by presenting machine-printed receipts issued by merchants, together with UnionPay/EPS/credit card sales slips or transaction record screens from electronic payment mobile apps. 
• The electronic payment amount of each set of receipts must be HK$100 or above. 
• Receipts for cash payments will not be accepted. 
• To redeem the "Mega Ice Skating 2-Hour Parking" or "Movie 2-Hour Parking" privilege, customers must present receipts for two same-day Mega Ice skating tickets purchased via electronic payment, or MegaBox Cinema ticket stubs (as applicable). 
• Redemption of free parking privileges with two Mega Ice skating tickets purchased via electronic payment must be processed in person at the Concierge on G/F or L9. 
• Each machine-printed merchant receipt may only be used to redeem a parking privilege once and cannot be reused (unless otherwise specified). 
• The following receipts will not be accepted: receipts for deposits or partial payments, bank services, top-up services, mobile phone stored-value card top-ups, bill payments, tuition fees (except Mega Ice, Pick & Match and the Hong Kong Roller Skating School), memberships, prepaid transactions (including purchases of gift cards, gift vouchers, cash vouchers, discount cards and other prepaid purchases), online payment receipts, receipts issued by exhibition venues or booths, and handwritten or reprinted receipts. 
• Machine-printed receipts must clearly state the merchant name, receipt date and time, receipt number, purchased items and amount (in HKD). 
• Only the actual spending amount shown on valid receipts will be counted (i.e. only the net amount after deducting cash vouchers, coupons, gift vouchers and discounts). 
• MegaBox staff reserve the right to request the original machine-printed merchant receipts and skating tickets/movie ticket stubs (as applicable) from customers, and to photograph, photocopy and record the receipt details on the spot. Original receipts and ticket stubs (as applicable) will also be stamped for audit and identification purposes. 
• Receipts that have been altered, damaged or photocopied, or that indicate a declined transaction, will not be accepted. 
• Staff reserve the right to refuse to process parking privileges for persons holding questionable receipts or parking coupons. 
• Once redeemed, privileges cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

• All MegaBox merchants and their staff are not eligible to participate in any membership, reward redemption or promotional activities. 
• MegaBox reserves the right of final decision on these Terms & Conditions. In case of any dispute, the decision of MegaBox shall be final. 
• The above privileges and Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. 
• On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, customers who spend the designated amount via electronic payment at MegaBox merchants may also enjoy parking privileges at Enterprise Square Three. The redemption terms and conditions are the same as those of the MegaBox free parking promotion. • To redeem the parking privilege, customers must present a receipt for same-day Mega Ice skating admission tickets purchased via electronic payment, or a same-day MegaBox Cinema movie ticket stub (the spending amount must be clearly stated). 
• Movie ticket stubs marked "non-cash transaction" or showing a spending amount of HK$0 will not be accepted for parking privilege redemption. 
• Redemption of the free parking privilege with two Mega Ice skating admission tickets purchased via electronic payment must be processed in person at the Concierge on G/F or L9. 
• This privilege can be used in conjunction with other parking promotional offers. 
• A maximum of 2 hours of free parking may be redeemed per visit with skating admission tickets or a MegaBox Cinema movie ticket stub. Together with other parking privileges, a maximum of 5 hours of free parking may be redeemed per visit in total. 

• Members of all designated partner programmes must first register as Mega Club members before they can be upgraded to Mega Club Platinum Card or Black Card membership through the means below and enjoy the relevant parking privileges. No Mega Points will be awarded for such upgrades. 
• Members of the following four membership programmes may be upgraded to the corresponding Mega Club Platinum Card or Black Card membership upon presentation of valid proof of membership: 

- "Tesla Official Owners' Club Hong Kong members" may be upgraded to Mega Club Platinum Card membership
- "The Club Platinum members" may be upgraded to Mega Club Platinum Card membership
- "Kerry Home Premium members" may be upgraded to Mega Club Platinum Card membership
- "Kerry Home Elite members" may be upgraded to Mega Club Black Card membership 

• Mega Club Platinum Card members will receive five "1-Hour Free Parking Coupons" per month; Mega Club Black Card members will receive ten "1-Hour Free Parking Coupons" per month. Free parking coupons for Platinum Card and Black Card members are not applicable to motorcycles. 
• A maximum of one parking coupon may be used per car per entry. 
• The membership validity period is 12 months (calculated in calendar months), commencing from the last day of the month in which the member is upgraded to or becomes a Platinum Card or Black Card member. 
• The accumulated spending required for upgrading to Platinum Card or Black Card membership is calculated from the membership registration date until 12 months thereafter (calculated in calendar months). All accumulated spending will be reset to zero and recalculated 12 months after the registration date or upgrade date. 
• The renewal and downgrade mechanism is as follows: 

- If a Platinum Card member accumulates additional spending of HK$20,000 or above during the membership validity period, the validity of the Platinum Card membership will be extended for 12 months (calculated in calendar months) from the last day of the original validity period; otherwise, the membership will be downgraded to Gold Card membership on the day following the last day of the Platinum Card membership validity period. 
- If a Black Card member accumulates additional spending of HK$40,000 or above during the membership validity period, the validity of the Black Card membership will be extended for 12 months (calculated in calendar months) from the last day of the original validity period. 
- If a Black Card member accumulates additional spending of less than HK$40,000 but no less than HK$20,000 during the membership validity period, the membership will be downgraded to Platinum Card membership on the day following the last day of the Black Card membership validity period. 
- If a Black Card member accumulates additional spending of less than HK$20,000 during the membership validity period, the membership will be downgraded directly to Gold Card membership on the day following the last day of the Black Card membership validity period.
