• Each vehicle can redeem a maximum of 5 hours of free parking per day.

• Upon designated electronic spending in MegaBox and present the below spending receipts to redeem parking privileges:

• Max. of 2 sets of same-day different-merchants’ machine-printed receipt(s), AND

• Union Pay / EPS / credit card sale slip or transaction history in Electronic Payment^ mobile app.

• Spending amount of each receipt must be HK$50 or above.

• Spending receipts with cash payment will not be accepted.

• If redeeming the “Mega Ice Skating Parking 2 Hours” or “Movie Parking 2 Hours” parking privilege, receipt of 2 same-day Mega Ice skating tickets purchased via electronic payment, or 2 CineArt MegaBox (Cinema) movie ticket stubs must be presented (if applicable).

• Parking privilege must be redeemed before the vehicle exits the car park. Octopus card used to enter the car park must be presented during redemption. If no parking privilege is needed, customers can pay the parking fee at the gate directly when leaving the car park.

^ Electronic Payment must be conducted through eligible electronic payment methods, which are only limited to credit cards, Electronic Payment Services (EPS), debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Octopus Card, PayMe, Tap & Go, TNG Wallet, BoC Pay and any other electronic payment methods stated to be eligible from time to time by MegaBox in the MegaBox Mobile App. For the avoidance of doubt, any transactions conducted through payment methods not stated to be eligible under this section are not eligible transactions.
