Mega Club members upon designated electronic spending at any merchants, present the below spending receipts (“Valid Receipts”) to redeem the gifts: 

i. maximum 2 sets of same-day different-merchants’ machine-printed receipt(s), AND 

ii. Union Pay / EPS / credit card sale slip or transaction history in Electronic Payment^ mobile app. Spending receipts with cash payment will not be accepted, and spending amount of each receipt must be HK$50 or above.

 

^ Electronic Payment must be conducted through eligible electronic payment methods, which are only limited to credit cards, Electronic Payment Services (EPS), debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Octopus Card, PayMe, Tap & Go, TNG Wallet, BoC Pay and any other electronic payment methods stated to be eligible from time to time by MegaBox in the MegaBox Mobile App. For the avoidance of doubt, any transactions conducted through payment methods not stated to be eligible under this section are not eligible transactions. 

 

• Participants must have already registered as Mega Club Member (“Member”) in the MegaBox Mobile App. e-Membership Card in the MegaBox Mobile App must be presented during gift redemption. 

• Daily quota applies to the gifts while stock lasts (unless otherwise specified). 

• Each Member can redeem one of each gift twice per day only, and must be the owner of the Union Pay / EPS / credit card or Electronic Payment mobile app used in the transaction. 

• Spending receipts with cash payment will not be accepted, and spending amount of each receipt must be HK$50 or above. 

• Same-day Valid Receipts must be presented when redeeming gifts. 

• Each set of Valid Receipts can be used for participating in one promotion (including gifts redemption or other in-mall promotional activities) only. 

• Only receipt’s net purchase amount (i.e. after deducting discounts, coupons or cash vouchers issued by MegaBox) will be considered.  

• Receipts of deposit or partial payment, banking service, recharge service, mobile SIM card recharge, bill, tuition (except Mega Ice), membership, purchase of prepaid-card (e.g. gift card, gift voucher, cash voucher, discount card, etc.), online payment receipt, sales venue or booths receipts, hand written or reprinted receipts will not be accepted.  

• Merchant's name, transaction date and time, receipt number, all purchased items and spending amount (HK$) must be clearly shown on merchant's machine-printed receipt.  

• Any amended, damaged, photocopied or transaction-not-completed receipts will not be accepted.  

• Receipts that are voided, returned or with refunded (partially or fully) transactions are not eligible to participate in any promotions (including Points Earning, gifts redemption or other in-mall promotional activities).  

• Members should keep the original copy of receipts and related sale slips for 3 months (inclusive) from the starting date of related promotion for verification purpose if needed.  

• Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to request for the original copies of Valid Receipts for photographing, photocopying, and recording any relevant details, and will stamp on the original copy of redeemed receipts for internal audit and identification purposes.  

• Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to request for Member’s UnionPay / EPS / credit card or Electronic Payment mobile app used in related transaction for identification and verification purpose.  

• All redeemed gifts cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled under any circumstances. 

• All gifts have no cash value and are non-exchangeable for cash or other gifts. 

• All gifts do not include warranty, return, or exchange services. 

• Photos and values of gifts are for reference only. 

• Members are responsible for checking the quality of gifts at the time of redemption. No gifts will be reissued afterwards under any circumstances. 

• In case of a shortage of stock, MegaBox reserves the right to substitute any gifts with alternative types or kinds without prior notice. 

• All related responsibilities and liabilities for the provision of gifts and offers relevant to this promotion are entirely borne by the respective provider.

• If any person is found to have conducted any actual, suspected or alleged fraud related to gifts redemption, including but not limited to using counterfeit receipts, using stolen receipts or redeeming gifts with dishonest intent, MegaBox will reserve the right to forfeit such person’s redeemed gifts, as well as to suspend such person’s right to redeem any gifts and to claim losses and/or apply for other legal remedies.  

• All MegaBox merchants and their staff are not eligible to participate in any membership, gifts redemption or other promotional activities. 

• In case of any disputes on the above Terms and Conditions, MegaBox reserves the right of final decision.

By participating in the MegaBox × NBA Viewing Party: Dallas Mavericks vs. Houston Rockets, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Each admission pass is valid for one person only and may be used only on the event date stated on the pass.
• ⁠Participants must present a valid admission pass or confirmation notice upon entry. Unless otherwise specified by MegaBox and the NBA, admission passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
• ⁠Participants should arrive before the event begins. Entry may be refused or delayed if the venue has reached its maximum capacity or if participants arrive late.
• ⁠Participants must comply with the venue rules, safety instructions, and directions given by MegaBox, the NBA, and venue staff.
• ⁠Unless prior approval has been obtained, participants may not bring outside food or beverages, professional recording equipment, or any prohibited items into the venue.
• ⁠Participants are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. MegaBox and the NBA will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
• ⁠Participants must behave appropriately and respectfully towards others. Violence, harassment, abusive language, disruptive behaviour, property damage, or any conduct that affects other guests’ viewing experience will not be tolerated.
• ⁠MegaBox and the NBA reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any participant who violates these terms and conditions, or whose conduct may affect the safety, security, or experience of others. No refund or compensation will be provided in such circumstances.
• Participants may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event. By participating in the event, participants consent to MegaBox, the NBA, and their authorised partners using their image, voice, or likeness for event documentation, publicity, marketing, and promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify the organiser before or upon entry.
• ⁠MegaBox and the NBA do not guarantee uninterrupted broadcast of the basketball game and will not be responsible for any delays, technical issues, broadcast interruptions, schedule changes, cancellation of the game, or changes to the viewing programme caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
• ⁠If there are any changes to, postponement of, or cancellation of the event or programme, MegaBox and the NBA will announce the relevant arrangements through their official communication channels. Any changes will be made without prior notice where circumstances require.
• In case of any disputes on the above Terms and Conditions, MegaBox and NBA reserves the right of final decision.
