*Users who have successfully redeemed the MegaBox “2D Movie Voucher” at Alipay HK/Alipay and registered as Mega Club members, upon electronic spending using Alipay HK/ Alipay at any MegaBox merchants over HK$200 / RMB 200, and present the MegaBox “2D Movie Voucher” in the Alipay HK/Alipay app and below spending receipts (“Valid Receipts”) to redeem the gifts:

1. 1 set of same-day merchant’s machine-printed receipt(s), AND

2. The transaction history in Alipay HK/Alipay electronic payment mobile app

 

Spending receipts with cash payment will not be accepted, and the spending amount of each receipt must be HK$200 or above.

 

1. Daily quota applies to the gifts while stock lasts (unless otherwise specified).

 2. Participants must have already registered as Mega Club Member (“Member”) in the MegaBox Mobile App. e-Membership Card in the MegaBox Mobile App must be presented during gift redemption.

3. Each member can redeem one of each gift once per day only, and must be the owner of the Alipay HK/Alipay electronic payment mobile app used in the transaction.

4. Same-day Valid Receipts must be presented when redeeming gifts.

5. Each set of Valid Receipts can be used for participating in one promotion (including gifts redemption or other in-mall promotional activities) only.

6. We do not accept receipts that are deposit payment, partially paid, canceled, (partially or fully) refunded, forged, voided, fraudulent or unsettled transactions, overdue, handwritten, reprinted or photocopied, damaged, cash or gift vouchers purchase, complimentary tickets or store-value cards (including gift cards, discount cards, etc.), bill payment, any value added or store-value cards (including Octopus and telecommunication services) or recharge service payment, membership fees or tuition fees (except Mega Ice, Pick & Match and HK Roller Skating School) payment, sales venue or booth transaction, banking service payment, a transaction conducted through a third party mobile application (app) for food and beverage take away services or parking fees payment at MegaBox car park.

7. Merchant's name, transaction date and time, receipt number, all purchased items and spending amount (HK$) must be clearly shown on merchant's machine-printed receipt.

8. Receipts that are voided, returned or with refunded (partially or fully) transactions are not eligible to participate in any promotions (including gifts redemption or other in-mall promotional activities).

9. Participants should keep the original copy of receipts and related sale slips for 3 months (inclusive) from the starting date of related promotion for verification purpose if needed.

10. Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to request for the original copies of Valid Receipts for photographing, photocopying, and recording any relevant details, and will stamp on the original copy of redeemed receipts for internal audit and identification purposes.

11. Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to request for Member’s Alipay HK/Alipay Electronic Payment mobile app used in related transaction for identification and verification purposes.

12. All redeemed gifts cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled under any circumstances.

13. All redeemed gifts have no cash value and are non-exchangeable for cash or other gifts.

14. All redeemed game quotas and gifts do not include warranty, return, or exchange services.

15. Photos and values of gifts are for reference only.

16. Participants are responsible for checking the quality of gifts at the time of redemption. No gifts will be reissued afterwards under any circumstances.

17. In case of a shortage of stock, MegaBox reserves the right to substitute any gifts with alternative types or kinds without prior notice.

18. All related responsibilities and liabilities for the provision of gifts and offers relevant to this promotion are entirely borne by the respective provider.

21. If any person is found to have conducted any actual, suspected or alleged fraud related to gifts redemption, including but not limited to using counterfeit receipts, using stolen receipts or redeeming gifts with dishonest intent, MegaBox will reserve the right to forfeit such person’s redeemed gifts, as well as to suspend such person’s right to redeem any gifts and to claim losses and/or apply for other legal remedies.

22. All MegaBox merchants and their staff are not eligible to participate in any membership, gifts redemption or other promotional activities.

23. In case of any disputes on the above Terms and Conditions, MegaBox reserves the right of final decision.
