During the period from June 6 to July 19, 2026, on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, visitors who take photos at the MegaBox “Captain Tsubasa” Photo Booth, upload the photos to their personal social media with the designated hashtags, and present the post to on-site staff can redeem one exclusive Captain Tsubasa postcard (selected design).

•Each participant may join the activity once per day and redeem one gift only.

•Participants must upload their own photos. Use of photos taken by others will result in disqualification.

•All redeemed gifts cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled under any circumstances.

•All gifts have no cash value and are non-exchangeable for cash or other gifts.

•All gifts do not include warranty, return, or exchange services.

•Photos and values of gifts are for reference only.

•Members are responsible for checking the quality of gifts at the time of redemption. No gifts will be reissued afterwards under any circumstances.

•In case of a shortage of stock, MegaBox reserves the right to substitute any gifts with alternative types or kinds without prior notice.

•All related responsibilities and liabilities for the provision of gifts and offers relevant to this promotion are entirely borne by the respective provider.

•After completing the photo session, participants may scan a QR code to download digital copies. To protect personal data privacy, all images will be deleted and destroyed from servers immediately after the event.

•Participation is entirely voluntary. MegaBox shall not be liable for any disputes, responsibilities, losses, damages, injuries, claims, or costs arising from participation.

•Participants use the website at their own risk. MegaBox does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, nor that any content obtained is free from viruses, bugs, or harmful components that may affect devices.

•Participants acknowledge that website usage may be subject to mobile network operators or internet services. MegaBox is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or suspensions due to network issues. It also bears no responsibility for data loss, theft, misdelivery, or communication security issues.

•If participants click external links on the website and are redirected to third-party sites not controlled by MegaBox, these terms do not apply. Those sites may independently collect personal data. Participants should review their privacy policies before providing information. MegaBox bears no liability for activities on such sites.

•MegaBox is not responsible for any failure, delay, loss, or error in submissions or deliveries caused by network issues, system failures, poor reception, third-party app interference, or incomplete/incorrect participant information.

•Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. MegaBox bears no liability for any loss or damage.

•Participation is voluntary, and MegaBox is released from all legal liabilities and compensation responsibilities arising from the event.

•MegaBox and its event contractors are not liable for injuries caused by improper use of facilities.

•Participation in this event constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.

•If any participant is found or suspected of fraudulent activity (including but not limited to using fake receipts, misusing others’ receipts, or dishonest participation), MegaBox and its contractors reserve the right to immediately disqualify them.

•MegaBox and its event contractors also reserve the right to reclaim any redeemed gifts, disqualify offenders from future participation, and pursue legal action if necessary.

•MegaBox tenants and their employees are not eligible to participate in any membership, redemption, or promotional activities.

•MegaBox and its event contractors reserve the final decision on all matters related to these terms and conditions. In case of disputes, MegaBox reserves the right of final decision.
