Shopping King Participation Terms & Conditions

 
During the period from May 1 to 25, 2026, the 3 Mega Club members with the highest cumulative eligible electronic spending# at MegaBox merchants will qualify to participate in the "Shopping King" event on May 31. They will have 1 minute to grab items for free at the and ST Outlet—placing desired products into a designated suitcase and successfully closing the zipper means they can take all the loot home for free. 

Cumulative Spending Period: May 1–25, 2026 
Event date: May 31, 2026 (Sun) – "Shopping King" Shopping Day 

Interested members can < CLICK HERE > to fill out the registration form by 25 May. Successful finalists will be notified by email on May 28, 2026. The three selected members will visit the designated merchant (and ST Outlet) in person on May 31 to take on the “Ultimate Shopping King” challenge. 

- Eligible spending must include at least 1 receipt from and ST Outlet. 
- Only electronic spending amounts/receipts that successfully earn Mega Club points during the promotion period will be counted. 
- Receipts from Bank / Service category merchants are not included.
- All transactions must be made using electronic payment methods (UnionPay / EPS / Credit Card). Receipts for cash payments will not be accepted.  
- ^ Electronic Payment must be conducted through eligible electronic payment methods, which are only limited to credit cards, Electronic Payment Services (EPS), debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Octopus Card, PayMe, Tap & Go, TNG Wallet, BoCnic Pay and any other electronic payment method becomes eligible. from time to time by MegaBox in the MegaBox Mobile App. For the avoidance of doubt, any transactions conducted through payment methods not stated to be eligible under this section are not eligible transactions. 
- Only receipt’s net purchase amount (i.e. after deducting discounts, coupons or cash vouchers issued by MegaBox) will be considered. 
- Receipts of deposit or partial payment, banking service, recharge service, mobile SIM card recharge, bill, tuition (except Mega Ice), membership, purchase of prepaid-card (e.g. gift card, gift voucher, cash voucher, discount card, etc.), online payment receipts, written receipts, sales booths or reprinted receipts will not be accepted. 
- Merchant's name, transaction date and time, receipt number, all purchased items and spending amount (HK$) must be clearly shown on merchant's machine-printed receipt. 
- Any amended, damaged, photocopied or transaction-not-completed receipts will not be accepted. 
- Receipts that are voided, returned or with refunded (partially or fully) transactions are not eligible to participate in any promotions (including gifts redemption or other in-mall promotional activities). 
- Participants should keep the original copy of receipts and related sale slips for 3 months (inclusive) from the starting date of related promotion for verification purpose if needed. 
- Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to request for the original copies of Valid Receipts for photographing, photocopying, and recording any relevant details, and will stamp on the original copy of redeemed receipts for internal audit and identification purposes. 
- Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to request for Member’s UnionPay / EPS / credit card or Electronic Payment mobile app used in related transaction for identification and verification purpose. 
- All redeemed gifts cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled under any circumstances. 
- All redeemed gifts have no cash value and are non-exchangeable for cash or other gifts. 
- All redeemed gifts do not include warranty, return, or exchange services. 
- Photos and values of gifts are for reference only. 
- Participants are responsible for checking the quality of gifts at the time of redemption. No gifts will be reissued afterwards under any circumstances. 
- All related responsibilities and liabilities for the provision of gifts and offers relevant to this promotion are entirely borne by the respective provider.

- By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
- Personal data provided by participants will only be used for registration, notification, and prize collection arrangements for this event, and will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. 
- If participants have the same accumulated spending amount, priority for shortlisting will be given to the member who reaches that spending amount earlier. 
- If any person is found to have conducted any actual, suspected or alleged fraud related to gifts redemption, including but not limited to using counterfeit receipts, using stolen receipts or redeeming gifts with dishonest intent, MegaBox will reserve the right to forfeit such person’s sus gifts redeemed, as well as such persons’ right to redeem any gifts and to claim losses and/or apply for other legal remedies. 
- All MegaBox merchants and their staff are not eligible to participate in any membership, gifts redemption or other promotional activities. 
- In case of any disputes on the above Terms and Conditions, MegaBox reserves the right of final decision. 
- The above Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. 
- In the event of adverse weather or special circumstances, the event may be suspended or postponed. Announcements will be made on-site and on MegaBox’s official social media platforms. 

Shopping King Activity Terms & Conditions 
- All individuals must present a valid "Event Participation Confirmation Email" and Mega Club digital membership card page (showing the qualified member's membership number) in order to enter the event area. 
- Participants are not allowed to re-enter the event area once they have left. 
- Winners must collect their prizes on the spot. No prizes will be reissued after leaving the event area. 
- The event has a time limit of 1 minute. Participants may freely select any products within the designated area of the specified merchant and place them into the designated suitcase. Those who successfully put the products into the suitcase, zip it up, and return to the starting point within the time limit can take away all the items in the suitcase for free.
- Participants must complete the activity within the specified time limit of 1 minute. When time is up, participants must immediately stop selecting products.
- Duplicate products (based on product code) are not allowed. 
- The suitcase must be completely zipped shut. Products cannot be attached to the outside of the suitcase or carried separately by hand. 
- Individuals with open wounds, physical discomfort, heart conditions, or neck/spinal issues, pregnant women, the elderly, persons with limited mobility, or any medical condition that makes strenuous activity inadvisable should not participate. Participant must assess their physical and mental condition to determine suitability for participation. 
- For safety reasons, any hats, footwear, badges, accessories, necklaces, straps, sharp objects, and valuable items must be removed before entering the event area. 
- Eating and drinking are not allowed in the event area. 
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the event area. 
- Participants are not allowed to push, collide with each other, or engage in any actions or behaviors that may pose a risk to other participants. 
- During the event, participants must follow the supervision and instructions of the staff. The staff has the right to refuse entry or ask individuals who do not comply with the guidelines or rules to leave the event area without any compensation arrangement. 
- Participants must assess and evaluate the risks of the event themselves. If a participant decides to take part, they agree that MegaBox shall not be held responsible for any claims or legal liabilities arising from any accident or injury. - Participants will be held responsible for any damages caused by incorrect, careless, or malicious use of the facilities from the event area, non-compliance with the terms and conditions, or staff instructions. Organizer and MegaBox reserve the right to seek compensation from those responsible for any damages. Organizer and MegaBox are not responsible for any injuries caused by any of the aforementioned reasons. 
- The event is subject to the terms and conditions, and any changes will not be notified separately.
