"Dining Stamps Rewards” Terms and Conditions

 
^ Redeem your E-Stamp by presenting a valid same-day receipt ("Valid Receipt") from a single electronic transaction of HK$100 or more at any MegaBox dining merchants (except the Deli & Confectioneries) after 6:00pm during 6th March and 30th April 2026: 
i. 1 set of same-day dining merchants’ machine-printed receipt(s), AND 
ii. Union Pay / EPS /  credit card sale slip or transaction history in Electronic Payment^ mobile app.  

- Each member can earn a maximum of 1 E-Stamp per valid receipt.

# Designated movie ticket exchange coupon can be redeemed for one ticket to the specified movie at CineArt MegaBox during the screening period (excluding special and priority screenings). 
# The movie ticket exchange coupon is valid only at CineArt MegaBox. 
# The movie ticket exchange coupon must bear the specified stamp to be valid. 
# The movie company and cinema reserve the final right to use the movie exchange coupon. 
# If the gift is out of stock, MegaBox reserves the right to replace it with another gift without prior notice.  

  • Participants must have already registered as Mega Club Member (“Member”) in the MegaBox Mobile App. e-Membership Card in the MegaBox Mobile App must be presented during gift redemption. 
  • Transaction date and time of each receipt must be from 6 March to 30 April 2026 and after 6:00pm, and must be clearly shown on each receipt. 
  • E-Stamps earning period is from 6 March until 30 April 2026 (while stock lasts), and gift redemption period is from 6 March until 14 May 2026 (while stock lasts). 
  • Collect 3 e-Stamps to redeem 1 designated movie ticket exchange coupon#; or collect 5 e-Stamps to redeem 2 designated movie ticket exchange coupons#. 
  • Any unredeemed e-Stamps will be automatically deleted on May 14, 2026 (11:59pm).   
  • Repeat redemption of the same gift is allowed throughout the promotion period. The required number of e-Stamps will be deducted after each redemption. 
  • Members can submit 1 set of Valid Receipts to earn e-Stamps each day throughout the promotion period. Spending receipts with cash payment will not be accepted. Each member can only earn a maximum of 1 e-Stamp each day. 
  • Each e-Stamp card can accumulate max. 5 e-Stamps at the same time. If the accumulated number of e-Stamps exceeds 5 after receipt submission, any excessive e-Stamps will automatically be forfeited (members who have earned 5 e-Stamps can use up the e-Stamps to redeem gifts before earning new e-Stamps). 
  • Members must submit the Valid Receipts to G/F Concierge or MegaBox Mobile App within 14 days (inclusive) from the date of transaction to earn the e-Stamps (though all receipts must be submitted at or before 11:59pm on 30 April 2026, any late submissions will not be accepted). 
  • Receipts from merchants that provide refund and/or exchange services are not eligible to submit via MegaBox Mobile App. Members shall submit such receipts to G/F Concierge within 14 days from the date of transaction to earn e-Stamps. 
  • MegaBox will verify all submissions within 7 working days from the date of submission. MegaBox reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any submissions that are suspicious or deemed invalid, including but not limited to, unclear photos, repeated receipt numbers, receipts with payment by cash or expired receipts, etc. MegaBox takes no responsibility for losses due to declined receipts submitted by Members. MegaBox reserves the right to amend the information required for each submission without prior notice. In case of any disputes, MegaBox reserves the right of final decision. 
  • All e-Stamps used in gifts redemption will immediately be deducted from the customer’s account. All redeemed gifts or used e-Stamps cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled under any circumstances. 
  • Any e-Stamps earned, and any gifts redeemed by Mega Club Members who have logged in to their Mega Club account in MegaBox Mobile App will automatically be linked up with their respective membership accounts. 
  • All e-Stamps must be earned under the same Mega Club membership account / same mobile device and cannot be used in conjunction with e-Stamps from other Mega Club membership accounts / mobile devices. 
  • Each Member can use at most 1 set of Valid Receipts from the same merchant to participate in any promotions (including Points Earning, gifts redemption or other in-mall promotional activities) per day. 
  • Each set of Valid Receipts can be used for participating in one promotion (including Points Earning, gifts redemption or other in-mall promotional activities) only. 
  • Only receipt’s net purchase amount (i.e. after deducting discounts, coupons or cash vouchers issued by MegaBox) will be considered.  
  • Receipts of deposit or partial payment, banking service, recharge service, mobile SIM card recharge, bill, tuition (except Mega Ice), membership, purchase of prepaid card (e.g. gift card, gift voucher, cash voucher, discount card, etc.), online payment receipt, sales venue or booths receipts, handwritten or reprinted receipts will not be accepted.  
  • Merchant's name, transaction date and time, receipt number, all purchased items and spending amount (HK$) must be clearly shown on merchant's machine-printed receipt.  
  • Any amended, damaged, photocopied or transaction-not-completed receipts will not be accepted.  
  • Receipts that are voided, returned or with refunded (partially or fully) transactions are not eligible to participate in any promotions (including Points Earning, gifts redemption or other in-mall promotional activities).  
  • Members should keep the original copy of receipts and related sale slips for 3 months (inclusive) from the starting date of related promotion for verification purpose if needed.  
  • Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to request for the original copies of Valid Receipts for photographing, photocopying, and recording any relevant details, and will stamp on the original copy of redeemed receipts for internal audit and identification purposes.  
  • Limited reward quantities available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.   
  • All redeemed gifts cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled under any circumstances. 
  • All gifts have no cash value and are non-exchangeable for cash or other gifts. 
  • All gifts do not include warranty, return, or exchange services. 
  • Photos and values of gifts are for reference only. 
  • Members are responsible for checking the quality of gifts at the time of redemption. No gifts will be reissued afterwards under any circumstances. 
  • In case of a shortage of stock, MegaBox reserves the right to substitute any gifts with alternative types or kinds without prior notice. 
  • All related responsibilities and liabilities for the provision of gifts and offers relevant to this promotion are entirely borne by the respective provider.

  • By participating in this promotion, participants agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the MegaBox Mobile App. 
  • If any person is found to have conducted any actual, suspected or alleged fraud related to gifts redemption, including but not limited to using counterfeit receipts, using stolen receipts or redeeming gifts with dishonest intent, MegaBox will reserve the right to forfeit such person’s redeemed gifts, as well as to suspend such person’s right to redeem any gifts and to claim losses and/or apply for other legal remedies.  
  • All MegaBox merchants and their staff are not eligible to participate in any membership, gifts redemption or other promotional activities. In case of any disputes on the above Terms and Conditions, MegaBox reserves the right of final decision. 
  • The above Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
