MegaBox “Mega Love Message” Activity Details
From 2 February 2026 onwards, Mega Club members can use the MegaBox mobile application to redeem one “Mega Love Message” quota with 3,000 Mega Point.
After redemption and submission of information, shortlisted participants will have the chance on 14 February 2026, between 12nn and 6pm, to express a love message to their beloved through the MegaBox outdoor LED screen.
*Before redeeming, members must carefully read and agree to the activity terms and conditions in order to participate.
Terms and Conditions
- The "Mega Love Message" event (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") is hosted by MegaBox Development Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
- The redemption period for the “Mega Love Message” activity is from 2 February 2026 to 9 February 2025 (ending at 11:59pm). Each Mega Club member may redeem only one participation quota during the redemption period. Quotas are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
- The Mega Point required to redeem one participation quota for this activity is 3,000 Mega Point. After successful registration of spending at designated merchants in MegaBox, Mega Club members can earn 1 Mega Point for every HK$1 spent. The spending amount on each receipt must be HK$50 or above.
- After successfully redeeming the activity quota with Mega point, staff will contact participants within 3 working days after redemption. Participants must provide the required wording for the Addressee, Sender, a photo, and submit a love story within 50 words by email on or before 10 February 2026. The organizer will review the content submitted by participants and will confirm successful participation in the activity with the participants. Once the application content is submitted, no amendments will be allowed.
- If a participant fails to submit their information on time for any reason, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of their participation opportunity. Mega Points already deducted for redeeming this opportunity will not be refunded to the participant's account, and the organizer will not be liable for any compensation in this regard. Shortlisted participants will receive an email confirmation on or before February 12, 2026, confirming the information displayed on the screen.
- Participants must provide, via email, the Mega Club membership number used for redeeming the participation quota, contact person’s name, contact email, contact phone number, select one of the designated messages (I Love You / Happy Valentine’s Day / Love to You / Love you Forever), fill in the Addressee, Sender, write the love story, and provide one photo for display, and confirm agreement to the related terms and conditions in order to participate in the activity.
- After approval and confirmation, the shortlisted participant’s designated love message will be randomly broadcast at least three times on 14 February 2026 between 12nn and 6pm on the MegaBox outdoor LED screen, with each broadcast lasting not less than one minute. Participants must arrange their own time to view the message, and the organizer has the final decision on the broadcast time and sequence.
- If, after review, the organizer considers any text or content to be, including but not limited to, insulting, obscene, vulgar or violent, disgusting, offensive, racially discriminatory, religiously discriminatory, causing social disputes, or otherwise inappropriate, the organizer reserves the right to delete such text or content. If the participant does not agree to the changes, the organizer has the right to cancel his/her eligibility and return the relevant redeemed points and reserves the final decision without further notice or other arrangements.
- Except as provided in term 5 above, for members who are not successfully selected to join the activity, the Mega Point will be returned to their membership accounts on or before 28 February 2026.
- MegaBox has appointed SHS SOLUTIONS LIMITED as the event contractor to organize this activity. After members successfully redeem the quota, SHS SOLUTIONS LIMITED staff will, within 3 working days of redemption, contact them by phone and email using the name, phone number, and email provided in the member’s personal data for the purpose of photo submission and content verification.
- Members must read the activity terms and conditions at the time of redemption and agree that MegaBox may authorize the event contractor, SHS SOLUTIONS LIMITED, staff to contact them via the phone number and email provided in their membership personal data for activity arrangements.
- The phone number and email provided in the member’s profile, as well as the information submitted by participants during the activity, will be used solely for communication and arrangements related to this activity. SHS SOLUTIONS LIMITEDwill not use this information for any other purpose, and all data and images collected for this activity will be destroyed within 1 week of the activity's end.
- The activity organizer reserves the right to screen and select participants.
- Participants must ensure that all information provided is accurate and true.
- Participants must ensure that all images provided are of themselves or that they have been authorized for use by all persons depicted in their likenesses. Participants must ensure that they own the copyright to the images and the right to display them, and guarantee that the images do not infringe on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or other rights of any third party. If necessary, participants must obtain all necessary permission from third parties, such as prior consent from the persons depicted in the images. The organizer is not required to verify the authenticity or legality of any images or content and assumes no responsibility for such verification. The organizer and SHS SOLUTIONS LIMITED will not intervene in or assume any responsibility for any disputes arising from images or their use; participants are solely responsible for the content of any images they provide. If the organizer and SHS SOLUTIONS LIMITED suffer or incur any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees) as a result of the use or broadcast of any information and/or images provided by participants, the participants shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the organizer and SHS SOLUTIONS LIMITED, and their officers, directors, employees and agents.
- The participation quota for this activity is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other gifts.
- On the screen message display date, if participants wish to witness the message on site in person, they must arrive at the display location within the display time. Latecomers will not be accommodated, and no re-arrangement or re-issuance will be provided.
- The activity organizer will take photos or videos during the activity period for promotional purposes, and the ownership of all such photos or videos will belong to the organizer. All participants agree that the organizer may use the photos or videos taken for public display and promotion via any channels without further notice.
- If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal and/or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory, the activity will be cancelled, and points will be arranged to be returned.
- The organizer will not be responsible for any delay or failure directly or indirectly caused by natural disasters or reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication failures, other equipment failures, power failures, fire, flooding, wind damage, explosions, acts of God, or delays or non-performance by third parties.
- The activity may experience delays, errors or omissions due to technical issues (such as problems with machines, servers or networks). The organizer will not be liable for any delays, errors, omissions and/or any related loss and/or damage.
- Staff have the right to terminate participation if they violate safety rules.
- If any person is found to have engaged in any actual, suspected or alleged fraudulent act during the activity, including but not limited to using fake receipts, misusing others’ receipts, or participating in the activity in any dishonest manner, MegaBox reserves the right to immediately revoke all redeemed quotas of that person, cancel his/her eligibility to participate in any activities, and reserve the right to pursue legal action against that person.

- Participation in this activity constitutes deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions of this activity and the terms and conditions of use of the MegaBox mobile application.

- MegaBox reserves the right to make the final decision on the terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, MegaBox's final decision shall prevail.
- Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
