The Club Member Exclusive Privileges Terms & Conditions

 
  1. Promotion Period is from 27 December 2025 to 28 February 2026 (both dates inclusive).
  2. Selected The Club members presenting The Club e-Membership Card and the e-Membership Card at the MegaBox Mobile App to redeem the offer. Participants must have already registered as Mega Club Member in the MegaBox Mobile App. This offer must be redeemed in person by the members.
  3. A quota of 1,000 applies and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
  4. Each Member can redeem the gift set once only during the promotion period.
  5.  Any amended, damaged, screencap and forwarded The Club e-Member card will not be accepted.
  6. Members must present designated The Club e-Membership Card and the e-Membership Card at the MegaBox mobile app at MegaBox G Concierge within the promotion period (inclusive) to register, and receive a HK$50 Pricerite Cash Voucher, LOG-ON e-Coupon, Christmas Fantasy Gift Train Game Ticket and extra game chance of MegaBox Capsule Surprise upon spending HK$100 at G/F new merchant.  (though all registration must be submitted on or before 28 February 2025, any late submissions will not be accepted, no re-registration will be arranged).
  7. Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to request for the original The Club e-Membership card for photographing and recording any relevant details for internal audit and identification purposes. 
  8. Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to request for Member’s account used in related registration for identification and verification purposes. 
  9. All redeemed gifts cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled under any circumstances.
  10. All gifts have no cash value and are non-exchangeable for cash or other gifts.
  11. All gifts do not include warranty, return, or exchange services.
  12. Photos and values of gifts are for reference only.
  13. Members are responsible for checking the quality of gifts at the time of redemption. No gifts will be reissued afterwards under any circumstances.
  14. In case of a shortage of stock, MegaBox reserves the right to substitute any gifts with alternative types or kinds without prior notice.
  15. All related responsibilities and liabilities for the provision of gifts and offers relevant to this promotion are entirely borne by the respective provider.

  17. By participating in this promotion, participants agreed to be bound by these and related activities Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the MegaBox Mobile App.
  18. If any person is found to have conducted any actual, suspected or alleged fraud related to gifts redemption, including but not limited to using counterfeit message, using stolen or fake message or redeeming gifts with dishonest intent, MegaBox will reserve the right to forfeit such person’s redeemed gifts, as well as to suspend such person’s right to redeem any gifts and to claim losses and/or apply for other legal remedies. 
  19. All MegaBox merchants and their staff are not eligible to participate in any membership, gifts redemption or other promotional activities. In case of any disputes on the above Terms and Conditions, MegaBox reserves the right of final decision.
  20. MegaBox reserves the right to make the final decision on the terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, the final decision of MegaBox shall prevail.
  21. The above terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
  22. MegaBox, The Club and the Merchants reserve the right to vary or cancel the Offer and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The Merchants reserve the right to amend the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of the Offer at any time without notice.
