Redemption Terms and Conditions
+ Upon designated spending and present the below spending receipts (“Valid Receipts”) to redeem the game quotas:
i. 1 set of same-day different-merchants’ machine-printed receipts, AND
ii. Union Pay / EPS / credit card sale slip or transaction history in Electronic Payment^ mobile app.
Spending receipts with cash payment will not be accepted.
^ Electronic Payment must be conducted through eligible electronic payment methods, which are only limited to credit cards, Electronic Payment Services (EPS), debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Octopus Card, PayMe, Tap & Go, TNG Wallet, BoC Pay and any other electronic payment methods stated to be eligible from time to time by MegaBox in the MegaBox Mobile App. For the avoidance of doubt, any transactions conducted through payment methods not stated to be eligible under this section are not eligible transactions.
- Participants must have already registered as Mega Club Member (“Member”) in the MegaBox Mobile App. e-Membership Card in the MegaBox Mobile App must be presented during gift redemption.
- Daily quota applies to the game quotas while stock lasts (unless otherwise specified).
- Each valid receipt can be used once to participate in this game and once for other MegaBox promotional activities (including point registration, redemption of game quotas, or in-mall promotional events, etc.), and cannot be reused.
- Spending receipts with cash payment will not be accepted, and spending amount of each receipt must be HK$50 or above.
- Same-day Valid Receipts must be presented when redeeming game quotas.
- Each valid receipt can be used once to participate in this game and once for other MegaBox promotional activities (including Points Earning, gifts redemption or other in-mall promotional activities) only.
- Only receipt’s net purchase amount (i.e. after deducting discounts, coupons or cash vouchers issued by MegaBox) will be considered.
- Receipts of deposit or partial payment, banking service, recharge service, mobile SIM card recharge, bill, tuition (except Mega Ice), membership, purchase of prepaid card (e.g. gift card, gift voucher, cash voucher, discount card, etc.), online payment receipt, sales venue or booths receipts, handwritten or reprinted receipts will not be accepted.
- Merchant's name, transaction date and time, receipt number, all purchased items and spending amount (HK$) must be clearly shown on merchant's machine-printed receipt.
- Any amended, damaged, photocopied or transaction-not-completed receipts will not be accepted.
- Receipts that are voided, returned or with refunded (partially or fully) transactions are not eligible to participate in any promotions (including Points Earning, game quotas redemption or other in-mall promotional activities).
- Members should keep the original copy of receipts and related sale slips for 3 months (inclusive) from the starting date of related promotion for verification purpose if needed.
- Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to request for the original copies of Valid Receipts for photographing, photocopying, and recording any relevant details, and will stamp on the original copy of redeemed receipts for internal audit and identification purposes.
- Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to request for Member’s UnionPay / EPS / credit card or Electronic Payment mobile app used in related transaction for identification and verification purposes.
- All redeemed game quotas and gifts cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled under any circumstances.
- All game quotas and gifts have no cash value and are non-exchangeable for cash or other game quotas.
- All game quotas and gifts do not include warranty, return, or exchange services.
- Photos and values of game quotas are for reference only.
- Members are responsible for checking the quality of game quotas at the time of redemption. No gifts will be reissued afterwards under any circumstances.
- In case of a shortage of stock, MegaBox reserves the right to substitute any gifts with alternative types or kinds without prior notice.
- All related responsibilities and liabilities for the provision of game quotas and offers relevant to this promotion are entirely borne by the respective provider.

- By participating in this promotion, participants agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the MegaBox Mobile App.
- If any person is found to have conducted any actual, suspected or alleged fraud related to game quotas redemption, including but not limited to using counterfeit receipts, using stolen receipts or redeeming game quotas with dishonest intent, MegaBox will reserve the right to forfeit such person’s redeemed game quotas, as well as to suspend such person’s right to redeem any game quotas and to claim losses and/or apply for other legal remedies.
- All MegaBox merchants and their staff are not eligible to participate in any membership, game quotas redemption or other promotional activities. In case of any disputes on the above Terms and Conditions, MegaBox reserves the right of final decision.
L9 Challenge Station Terms and Conditions
- Important: All parents/guardians must read and understand the following terms and conditions before their children enter the game area. They are responsible for ensuring that their children follow all instructions provided by on-site staff. All individuals must present a valid receipt or admission Ticket and must adhere to the specified date and time to enter the game area.
- All participants must present a valid receipt or designated admission ticket and comply with the specified date and time to enter the game area.
- Participants must meet the height requirements set by the organizer to enter the game area (if applicable).
- Participants are not allowed to re-enter the game area once they have left.
- Lost or damaged admission tickets will not be reissued. Photocopies of admission tickets are not accepted.
- Game session times are determined by on-site announcements and may be subject to change without prior notice. Participants with multiple valid receipts or tickets must requeue after each session to re-enter.
- Participants must complete the game and take photos within the designated game time.
- Individuals with open wounds, physical discomfort, heart conditions, or neck/spinal issues should not participate. Parents/guardians must assess their child’s physical and mental condition to determine suitability for participation.
- For safety reasons, any hats, footwear, badges, accessories, necklaces, straps, sharp objects, and valuable items must be removed before entering the game area.
- Eating and drinking are not allowed in the game area.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the game area.
- All game facilities are cleaned and disinfected at regular intervals.
- Participants are not allowed to push, collide with each other, or engage in any actions or behaviors that may pose a risk to other participants.
- During the game, participants must follow the supervision and instructions of the staff. The staff has the right to refuse entry or ask individuals who do not comply with the guidelines or rules to leave the game area without any refund or compensation arrangement.
- Participants will be held responsible for any damages caused by incorrect, careless, or malicious use of the game facilities, non-compliance with the terms and conditions, or staff instructions. MegaBox reserves the right to seek compensation from those responsible for any damages. MegaBox is not responsible for any injuries caused by any of the aforementioned reasons.
- The event is subject to the terms and conditions, and any changes will not be notified separately.
