"Firefighter Roleplay Zone" Terms and Conditions
- Parents must be Mega Club members, have liked Kids Kids Car on Facebook, MegaBox on Facebook and Instagram, and commented on the “MegaBox Summerland” event post on MegaBox Instagram or Facebook. Each child is entitled to participate once; a maximum of 3 photos may be taken per session;
- Firefighter costumes are provided free of charge for children inside the venue and must be returned upon exit;
- Participation in the activity implies that the parent/guardian agrees to the participation requirements, gameplay rules, precautions, and terms and conditions, and ensures their child follows all staff instructions;
- Photos and videos taken during the activity may be used for promotional purposes on the organizer’s or MegaBox’s website, social media, publications, and marketing materials;
- All play facilities are regularly cleaned and disinfected;
- Dangerous or potentially harmful actions and behaviors are prohibited in the play area;
- During gameplay, participants must follow staff supervision and instructions. Staff reserve the right to remove anyone who does not comply;
- Parents/guardians must assess their child’s physical and mental condition to determine suitability for participation;
- Once participants leave the play area, re-entry is not allowed;
- Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Staff will not safeguard personal items and are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage;
- Participation in the activity implies agreement by the participant or their parent/guardian that the organizer and MegaBox are not liable for any accidents or injuries;
- Any damage caused by incorrect, careless, or malicious use of the facilities may result in compensation claims by the organizer and MegaBox;
- These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of disputes, the organizer and MegaBox reserve the final decision.
