"Remote-Control Boat Adventure" Activity Terms and Conditions:
- Each ticket-holding child may be accompanied by one parent free of charge;
- Entry is based on ticket queue. Each ticket allows the use of one boat only. Boat and participant cannot be changed once selected;
- By purchasing a ticket, participants and their parents/guardians agree to the participation requirements, gameplay rules, precautions, and terms and conditions, and ensure their children follow all staff instructions;
- Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes on the organizer’s or MegaBox’s website, social media, publications, and marketing materials.
Special Weather Arrangements:
- For safety reasons, if the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Thunderstorm Warning during the event, or if Typhoon Signal No. 3 or 8, or Red/Black Rainstorm Warning is issued within 2 hours before the event, the “Remote-Control Boat Adventure” will be suspended or cancelled. Terms and Conditions:
- Participants must present a valid ticket to enter the play area;
- Lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued. Photocopies are not accepted;
- Each game session lasts 20 minutes;
- Water depth is 20 cm. Do not drink, wash hands, or wash face with the pool water;
- Participants must be in good health. Those who are pregnant, have chronic illnesses, mental disorders, epilepsy, motion sickness, claustrophobia, heart disease, high blood pressure, or other health conditions that require avoiding stimulation (including but not limited to: visual impairment, physical discomfort, recent surgery, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol) should not participate;
- Before entering the play area, all sharp objects must be removed. Do not bring valuables;
- No eating or drinking is allowed in the play area;
- Participants or parents must clean and handle any messes (e.g., vomiting) themselves;
- All play facilities are regularly cleaned and disinfected;
- Dangerous or potentially harmful actions and behaviors are prohibited in the play area;
- During gameplay, participants must follow staff supervision and instructions. Staff reserve the right to remove anyone who does not comply;
- Parents/guardians must assess their child’s physical and mental condition to determine suitability for participation;
- Once participants leave the play area, re-entry is not allowed;
- Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Staff will not safeguard personal items and are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage;
- Participation in the activity implies agreement by the participant or their parent/guardian that the organizer and MegaBox are not liable for any accidents or injuries;
- Any damage caused by incorrect, careless, or malicious use of the facilities may result in compensation claims by the organizer and MegaBox;
- These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of disputes, the organizer and MegaBox reserve the final decision.
