"Fire Station Bouncy Playground" Terms and Conditions:
Inflatable Playground Participant Guidelines
- Height requirement: 80cm or above (as measured by on-site staff);
- Same price for all sizes. Children between 80cm and 130cm must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult aged 18 or above. If there are two children under 130cm, two adults must accompany them. All eligible participants must enter with one ticket per person;
- All participants must wear non-slip socks;
- Firefighter costumes are provided free of charge for children inside the venue and must be returned upon exit;
- All participants entering the play area and using the facilities must wait in the designated area for staff instructions;
- By purchasing a ticket, participants and their parents/guardians agree to the participation requirements, gameplay rules, precautions, and terms and conditions, and ensure their children follow all staff instructions;
- Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes on the organizer’s or MegaBox’s website, social media, publications, and marketing materials.
Terms and Conditions:
- Participants must present a valid ticket to enter the playground;
- Lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued. Photocopies of tickets are not accepted;
- Participants must meet the height requirement set by the organizer to enter. Measurements by staff are final and non-negotiable;
- Each game session lasts 20 minutes. One ticket per person per session;
- Participants must be in good health. Those who are pregnant, have chronic illnesses, mental disorders, epilepsy, motion sickness, claustrophobia, heart disease, high blood pressure, or other health conditions that require avoiding stimulation (including but not limited to: visual impairment, physical discomfort, recent surgery, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol) should not participate;
- Before entering the play area, participants must remove hats, glasses, shoes, badges, accessories, lanyards, or any sharp objects. Do not bring valuables;
- No eating or drinking is allowed in the play area;
- Participants or parents must clean and handle any messes (e.g., vomiting) themselves;
- All play facilities are regularly cleaned and disinfected;
- Dangerous or potentially harmful actions and behaviors are prohibited in the play area;
- During gameplay, participants must follow staff supervision and instructions. Staff reserve the right to remove anyone who does not comply;
- Parents/guardians must assess their child’s physical and mental condition to determine suitability for participation;
- Once participants leave the play area, re-entry is not allowed;
- Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Staff will not safeguard personal items and are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage;
- Participation in the game implies agreement by the participant or their parent/guardian that the organizer and MegaBox are not liable for any accidents or injuries;
- Any damage caused by incorrect, careless, or malicious use of the facilities may result in compensation claims by the organizer and MegaBox;
- These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of disputes, the organizer and MegaBox reserve the final decision.
