Shopping festival MegaBox HK$30 Printed Dining Coupon redemption terms and conditions:

 
  • Promotion Period is from 1 July 2025 to 31 August.
  • Customers presenting designated e-coupon page and the e-Membership Card at the MegaBox Mobile App to redeem the offer. Participants must have already registered as Mega Club Member in the MegaBox Mobile App. Must be redeemed in person by the member.
  • Quota applies on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts.
  • Each Member can redeem the Dining Coupon once only during the promotion period.
  • Any amended, damaged, screencap and forwarded e-coupon page will not be accepted.
  • Members must present designated e-coupon page and the e-Membership Card at the MegaBox mobile app at L1 Concierge within the promotion period to register and redeem a HK$30 printed Dining Coupon. (registration must be submitted on or before 31 Aug 2025, any late submissions will not be accepted, no re-registration will be arranged). The Dining coupon is for used at designated merchants during designated period, please refer to the coupon for the terms and conditions.
  • Each designated e-coupon page can only be used to participate in the promotion once and cannot be used repeatedly.
  • Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to request for the original designated e-coupon for photographing and recording any relevant details for internal audit and identification purposes. 
  • Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to request for Member’s account used in related registration for identification and verification purpose. 
  • All redeemed gifts cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled under any circumstances.
  • All gifts have no cash value and are non-exchangeable for cash or other gifts.
  • All gifts do not include warranty, return, or exchange services.
  • Photos and values of gifts are for reference only.
  • Members are responsible for checking the quality of gifts at the time of redemption. No gifts will be reissued afterwards under any circumstances.
  • In case of a shortage of stock, MegaBox reserves the right to substitute any gifts with alternative types or kinds without prior notice.
  • All related responsibilities and liabilities for the provision of gifts and offers relevant to this promotion are entirely borne by the respective provider.
  • Please refer to the MegaBox App for details of the Mega Club Loyalty Program.
  • By participating in this promotion, participants agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the MegaBox Mobile App.
  • If any person is found to have conducted any actual, suspected or alleged fraud related to gifts redemption, including but not limited to using counterfeit message, using stolen or fake message or redeeming gifts with dishonest intent, MegaBox will reserve the right to forfeit such person’s redeemed gifts, as well as to suspend such person’s right to redeem any gifts and to claim losses and/or apply for other legal remedies. 
  • All MegaBox merchants and their staff are not eligible to participate in any membership, gifts redemption or other promotional activities. In case of any disputes on the above Terms and Conditions, MegaBox reserves the right of final decision.
  • MegaBox reserves the right to make the final decision on the terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, the final decision of MegaBox shall prevail.
  • The above terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

HK$30 Dining Coupon Terms and Conditions :
  • This dining coupon is valid till 30 Sep 2025. 
  • This dining coupon can only be used at designated restaurants within MegaBox and can be used with other promotions. 
  • This dining coupon cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. 
  • This dining coupon shall be used on/or before the stated expiry date. The unused dining coupon will be void after the expiry date. Lost coupon will not be replaced. 
  • This dining coupon is valid for use after 5:00pm (seating time) from Monday to Sunday. For each purchase of HK$60 or more (before the 10% service charge is added), 1 dining coupon can be used. A maximum of 3 dining coupon can be used per transaction. 
  • This dining coupon cannot be used to purchase or exchange cash vouchers, gift certificates, gift cards, coupons or stored value card top-ups. 
  • This dining coupon is not applicable for purchase through mobile apps, house booking or banquet. 
  • This dining coupon is non-transferrable, non-returnable and not for re-sale. 
  • This dining coupon is valid for one-time use only. 
  • This dining coupon must be presented before payment. 
  • Only the transaction amount after using this dining coupon is eligible, including Points Earning, Premiums Redemption, other in-mall promotional activities, etc. Machine-printed receipts together with Union Pay / EPS / credit card sale slip or transaction history in Electronic Payment mobile app must be presented shall be submitted upon redemption, do not accept receipts with cash payment. 
  • All transactions using this dining coupon cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. 
  • Terms and conditions of this dining coupon are subject to change without prior notice. 
  • MegaBox and the participating merchants reserve the right to a final decision in case of any disputes. 
  • In case of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
