"18 Hours Free Parking Privilege" Terms and Conditions:

Parking Privilege Redemption Method:

Parking Privilege redemption point: L1 or L9 Concierge
Upon presenting the same-day Kai Tak concert or sports event ticket, drive in after 5pm on the same day, along with designated purchases at merchants, and present the following spending receipts (“Valid Receipts”) to enjoy 18 hours parking privilege:

Max. of 2 sets of different-merchants’ machine-printed receipt(s) within 18 hours after drive in, AND
Union Pay / EPS / credit card sale slip or transaction history in Electronic Payment^ mobile app.

Spending amount of each receipt must be HK$50 or above.
Spending receipts with cash payment will not be accepted.
Parking privilege must be redeemed before the vehicle exits the car park. Octopus card used to enter the car park must be presented during redemption. If no parking privilege is needed, customers can pay the parking fee at the gate directly when leaving the car park.
This parking privilege cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with others parking privilege (unless otherwise specified).

^ Electronic Payment must be conducted through eligible electronic payment methods, which are only limited to credit cards, Electronic Payment Services (EPS), debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Octopus Card, PayMe, Tap & Go, TNG Wallet, BoC Pay and any other electronic payment methods stated to be eligible from time to time by MegaBox in the MegaBox Mobile App. For the avoidance of doubt, any transactions conducted through payment methods not stated to be eligible

Other Terms and Conditions:

All parking privileges are applicable to private cars & motorcycles only.
Each set of receipts can be used for redeeming one parking privilege only (unless otherwise specified).
Each vehicle is entitled to one parking privilege per day only, except when the vehicle re-enters and makes a purchase after 5:00 p.m.
Receipts of deposit or partial payment, banking service, recharge service, mobile SIM card recharge, bill, tuition (except Mega Ice), membership, purchase of prepaid-card (e.g. gift card, gift voucher, cash voucher, discount card, etc.), online payment receipt, sales venue or booths receipts, hand written or reprinted receipts will not be accepted.
Merchant's name, transaction date and time, receipt number, all purchased items and spending amount (HK$) must be clearly shown on merchant's machine-printed receipt.
Only receipt’s net purchase amount (i.e. after deducting discounts, coupons or cash vouchers issued by MegaBox) will be considered.
Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to request for the original copy of merchants’ machine-printed receipts and movie ticket stubs (if applicable) for photographing, photo-copying and recording any relevant details, and will stamp on the original copy of redeemed machine-printed receipts and movie ticket stubs (if applicable) for internal audit and identification purposes.
Any amended, damaged, photocopied or transaction-not-completed receipts will not be accepted.
Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to decline free parking privilege redemption requests from any doubtful receipt or parking privilege tickets.
Redeemed parking privileges cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

All MegaBox merchants and their staff are not eligible to participate in any membership, gifts redemption or other promotional activities.
In case of any disputes on the above Terms and Conditions, MegaBox reserves the right of final decision.
