Pet-friendly Guidelines in Mall and Mall Shuttle Bus

 
1.Only domesticated pet dogs and cats (“Pet(s)”) are permitted to enter MegaBox (“the Mall”) and Mall Shuttle Bus , other animals are not allowed to enter the Mall.
2.Pet owners shall keep your pet in a pet stroller or carry bag with cover properly closed and do not expose your pet in the indoor, outdoor area of Mall (excluding the L4 enclosed area of Pets Playground) and Mall Shuttle Bus, except guide dogs.
3.The opening hours of L4 Pets Playground is from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The Mall reserves the rights to change the opening hours and/or to close the whole or any part of the L4 Pets Playground without prior notice.
4.The Pets Playground will be closed on rainy days, during inclement weather, or when other events are scheduled. For enquiries, please contact 2989 3000.
5.Pet owners shall ensure your pet under control effectively in order not to cause nuisance or injury to others and pets.
6.Pet owners shall bring relevant materials to clean up the faeces or urine deposited by your pet so as to keep the Mall and Mall Shuttle Bus clean and hygienic.
7.According to the Food Businesses requirements (Cap 132X), dogs should not be allowed to be brought onto food premises, except guide dogs.
8.If tenants have their own pet-friendly policies, pet owners should be respectively followed.
9.All pet(s) must be fully vaccinated in compliance with statutory requirements.
10.Under the Dangerous Dogs Regulation (Cap 167D), “Fighting Dogs”, other classified as “Known Dangerous Dogs” should not enter the Mall and Mall Shuttle Bus.
11.Dogs weighing 20kg or above are required to be on leash not longer than 1.5 meters in length and must be securely muzzled to enter the Mall.
12. Dogs weighing 20kg or above should not enter the Mall Shuttle Bus.
13.Pet owners shall be solely responsible for any injuries to their own pet(s) and/or for any injuries to others and/or pets and/or for damage and/or loss of property and/or belongings of others while at the Mall. The Mall shall not be responsible and do not assume any liability for any such injuries, damage to and/or loss.
14.If pet owners are found to be in breach of any of these guidelines and/or their pet(s) is determined as a threat and/or a disturbance to others, staff of the Mall and Mall Shuttle Bus shall have the right to request pet owners and their pet(s) to leave the Mall.
15.In case of disputes, the decision of the Mall will be final and binding.
16.The Chinese version of these Guidelines are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
