Opening hours: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

- The Pets Playground will be closed on rainy days, during inclement weather, or when other events are scheduled. For enquiries, please contact 2989 3000.

- Pets must be on a leash (<1.5m) outside the enclosures of the playground facilities.

- Please be aware of the surface temperature of the park facilities under intense sunlight.

- When using the facilities, pet owners are required to ensure their pets’ safety and supervise them to prevent any disturbance to others.

- The mall reserves the right to change opening hours and/or close the L4 Pets Playground or any part of it without prior notice.

- Pets owners shall be responsible for taking care of their pets and take full responsibility for their pets behaviors.
