MegaBox serves as the Official Run Base Partner of CITY RUNNERS in Kwun Tong, working together to promote an active urban lifestyle. It provides runners with a professional training environment and fosters a strong sense of community. CITY RUNNERS – MBees running group holds weekly training sessions at MegaBox, helping participants engage in structured training, improve running techniques, and enjoy an active lifestyle.

4 Sessions "Trial" Running Class:
5, 12, 19 & 26 May, 2026 (Tues)

The Content of the 4 Sessions "Trial" Running Class (suits all-level runners!):
1. Stretching exercises
2. Basic running techniques
3. Strength training
4. Long-distance running training
- Each class consists of approximately 25 participants, led by one professional coach to ensure every runner receives optimal guidance and training resources.
- All participants will receive a t-shirt* from the City Runners, along with exclusive privileges from MegaBox merchants.
*Participants who are successfully selected and attend at least one session will receive a t-shirt from the City Runners, distributed during the class. If attendance rate is 75% or above, will additionally receive an electronic participation certificate and a special sports gift.

MBees - Runners Group
MBees Runners Group, held every Thursday evening, officially started in August 2025. The "Run Leader", will guide everyone along the Kwun Tong and Kai Tak waterfronts. Runners of all levels are welcome. If you wish to participate, <CLICK HERE> to sign up!
