CITY RUNNERS – MBees
MegaBox has officially become the run base partner at Kwun Tong District for the City Runners, which promotes urban wellness and provides runners with a professional training environment and a strong sense of community.
CITY RUNNERS – MBees Running Classes/ Runners Group hosts weekly sessions at MegaBox, allowing participants to engage in structured training, enhance their running techniques, and experience the joy of an active lifestyle.

The Content of the Sessions (suits all-level runners!):
4 Sessions "Trial" Running Class
1. Stretching exercises
2. Basic running techniques
3. Strength training
4. Long-distance running training
- Quota applies on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Each class consists of approximately 25 participants, led by one professional coach to ensure every runner receives optimal guidance and training resources.
- All participants will receive a running t-shirt* sponsored by ASICS, featuring the official running group name, as well as a t-shirt+ from the City Runners, along with exclusive privileges from MegaBox merchants.
- Applicants should fill in the t-shirt size in advance when registering (additional question).
+Participants who are successfully selected and attend at least one session will receive a t-shirt from the City Runners, distributed during the class. If attendance rate is 75% or above, will additionally receive an electronic participation certificate and a special sports gift.
* Participants who are successfully selected and attend first 4 sessions of running class will receive a running t-shirt sponsored by ASICS during the 4th training session.
MBees runners are free to become Mega Club members and enjoy exclusive privileges, making indulging in delicious dining and shopping experiences before and after workouts easy!
