“MegaBox Shopping Privileges Promotion” General Terms and Conditions
- “MegaBox Shopping Privileges Promotion” (“Promotion”) is only applicable to cardholders with valid EarnMORE Credit Card or WeWa Credit Card (“Eligible Credit Card”) issued by PrimeCredit Limited (“PCL”) in Hong Kong (“Customers”).
- Promotion Period of the Promotion is from 16 September 2024 to 17 November 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
- In order to enjoy the privileges, the Customers must present and conduct the transactions with an Eligible Credit Card at designated participating stores located at MegaBox (“Participating Stores”).
- Unless otherwise specified herein, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discount, coupon and cash coupon. The offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products and other discounts and are not transferrable.
- PCL, MegaBox and the Participating Stores reserve the rights to amend the terms and conditions of the Promotion, change or terminate the offers without prior notice. PCL, MegaBox and the Participating Stores shall not be liable for any changes or termination of the offers. The list of Participating Stores is subject to changes from time to time during the Promotion Period. PCL and MegaBox shall not be liable for any such changes.
- Customers understand and accept that all photos, products, gifts, value of the services, information, supply and descriptions are provided by the Participating Stores and are for reference only. PCL and MegaBox have no responsibility whatsoever. PCL and MegaBox shall not be liable for products and/or services provided by the Participating Stores.
- A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623, the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any terms under these terms and conditions. The parties shall not be required to notify or obtain the consent of any third party in order to rescind or vary this terms and conditions.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of PCL, MegaBox and the Participating Stores shall be the final and conclusive.
- Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
“Up to HK$600 Gift Vouchers” Reward Terms and Conditions:
- The promotion period for the “Up to HK$600 Gift Vouchers” Reward is from16 September 2024 to 17 November 2024, both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
- During the Promotion Period, Customers are required to conduct –
- Eligible Transaction (as defined below) with an accumulative amount of HK$800 – HK$1,499 with an Eligible Credit Card at MegaBox on the same day to be eligible to redeem a piece of HK$50 AEON Gift Voucher (Reward 1); or
- Eligible Transaction with an accumulative amount of HK$1,500 or above with an Eligible Credit Card at MegaBox on the same day to be eligible to redeem 2 pieces of HK$50 AEON Gift Voucher (Reward 2). (Collectively, “Rewards” and each a “Reward”)
- The HK$50 AEON Gift Voucher can be used at AEON Kowloon Bay Store at Megabox only. To redeem the Reward, each Customer must fulfill the said accumulative spending by no more than three transactions on the same day from Participating Stores with an Eligible Credit Card and each transaction shall be at an amount of HK$50 or above.
- Each Eligible Credit Card is limited to redeem Reward 1 or Reward 2 once per day and maximum three times of Reward 1 or Reward 2 per month. For the purpose of this clause, the period of 16 September 2024 to 30 September 2024 (both days inclusive) and 1 November 2024 to 17 November 2024 (both days inclusive) will be accumulated and calculated as a month. That is, throughout the entire Promotion Period, each Customer can redeem the Reward 1 or Reward 2 up to six times, which makes the maximum amount of gift vouchers to be redeemed during the Promotion Period HK$600. If an Eligible Credit Card redeems more than three times of Reward in a month, PCL reserves the rights to directly debit the equivalent value of the excessively redeemed Reward from the Customer’s credit card account without notice on or before February 2024.
- “Up to HK$600 Gift Vouchers” can be illustrated as follows: To redeem HK$600 Gift Vouchers during the Promotion Period, Each Customer is required to conduct an accumulative spending at HK$1,500 or above with an Eligible Credit Card at MegaBox in the same day within the Promotion Period to redeem the Reward 2 once. Each Customer can redeem the Reward once a day and maximum three times per month. The period of 16 September 2024 to 30 September 2024 (both days inclusive) and 1 November 2024 to 17 November 2024 (both days inclusive) will be accumulated and calculated as a calendar month. That is, throughout the entire Promotion Period, each Cardholder Customer can redeem the Reward up to six times, which equate to a total amount of up to HK$ 600 Gift Vouchers.
- During the Promotion Period, the daily quota of Reward 1 and Reward 2 available for redemption at MegaBox is 30 and 10 respectively. The rewards are limited and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis while stock lasts.
- Customers must use an Eligible Credit Card to settle payment at the AEON MegaBox in the next transaction in order to use the AEON Gift Vouchers, and that Transactions with the use of the AEON Gift Voucher will not be eligible for redemption of the Reward.
- The accumulate spending is counted on an individual card basis (by individual Eligible Credit Card number) and only the actual transaction amounts (the net amount after any discounts / promotional coupons / cash coupon) charged on the Eligible Credit Card will be counted.
- In the event of a dispute, PCL, MegaBox and Participating Stores have discretion to make final decisions, and have the rights to terminate the Reward redemption at any time without prior notice.
- Customers must register and redeem the Reward in person at Mega Club Counter @ G on the same day of purchases. Customers must present the original machine printed sales invoice, original credit card sales slip and Eligible Credit Card (the credit card number must be the same and consistent) to redeem the Reward. Customers cannot authorize a third party to register and redeem the Reward. The operation time of the relevant Mega Club Counter is from 12pm to 10pm.
- Each receipt can only be used for redemption once.
- Eligible Transaction refers to the retail and food and beverage purchase made with Eligible Credit Card at MegaBox during the Promotion Period, but excludes the following categories of transactions: transactions via mobile payment such as Alipay or WeChat Pay (save and except for OmyCard Mobile Application, Union Pay mobile application and Apple Pay), payment of membership fees, telecommunications services, car parking, deposits of goods, food and beverages, restaurant deposit, purchases of cash equivalent (cash coupons/gift voucher/gift card or any value-adding services), purchase and reloading of stored value cards, transactions settled by cash coupons, gift vouchers or prepaid/stored value card, bill payments, online transactions, email/phone order, split sales transactions, exhibition venue, tuition fees, any fraud or fraudulent transaction, cancelled/refunded/returned/counterfeit transaction, all unauthorized transaction and any other categories of transactions as PCL and MegaBox may specify from time to time (“Eligible Transaction”).
- Machine printed sales invoices and credit card sales slips must clearly show the credit card number, store name, transaction date, transaction amount, valid authorization number and Customer signature (if applicable). Any sales invoice or credit card sales slips that are outdated, photocopied, hand-written or duplicated are not accepted. If the Customers fail to present the above information or the information provided is incomplete (for any reasons), the Customers are not entitled to the Reward.
- AEON Gift Voucher is subject to the specific terms and conditions. Please refer to the back of AEON Gift Voucher for details.
- No changes or cancellation is allowed once Reward redemption is registered.
- Rewards are not for resale, not transferrable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.
- If the Reward is lost, stolen or damaged, it will not be reissued.
- All relevant merchant sales invoices and credit card sales slips used for registration and redemption of Reward will be stamped by the MegaBox customer service staff upon verification to indicate those sales invoices and credit card sales slips have been used for redemption of Reward. Any sales invoices and credit card sales slips stamped by the staff of MegaBox customer service cannot be used for registration of any other promotions. Customers’ transactions from the same Store cannot be split into multiple sales invoices or sales slips to participate in the Promotion. Each sales invoice or sales slip can be used once only and cannot be reuse in this Promotion.
- PCL will verify Customers’ transaction records to confirm Customers’ eligibility of the Reward. In case of discrepancy between the PCL’s records and credit card sales slips, PCL’s records shall prevail.
- Customers are required to retain all relevant original machine-printed sales invoices and credit card sales slips. In the event of disputes, Customers must furnish all relevant original sales invoices and credit card sales slips to PCL for further investigation. All relevant submitted documents will not be returned.
- If Customers request the stores to cancel relevant transactions for refund after redemption of Reward, Customers must return the Rewards at the Mega Club Counter @ G with the presence of the stamped original Store sales invoices, the original credit card sales slips and the relevant Eligible Credit Card on the same day of such cancellation. If Customers fail to return the Reward, PCL will debit the equivalent value of the Reward from Customer’s Eligible Card account without prior notice.
- In the event of fraud and abuse by Customers, PCL and/or MegaBox will immediately revoke their eligibility for the Reward, and reserve all rights thereto. For instance, PCL and MegaBox reserve the rights to withdraw the relevant Rewards or demand payment for the equivalent value of the Rewards due to the disqualification of the Customers from the Rewards.
- Customers’ Eligible Credit Card accounts must be valid and are in good standing during the Promotion Period or at time of redemption of Reward to be eligible for this Promotion. If Customers’ Eligible Card accounts are cancelled, PCL and MegaBox have the right to withdraw Customers’ eligibility for Rewards and/or debit from Customers’ Eligible Credit Card accounts the equivalent value of the redeemed Rewards without prior notice.
- If a Customer is found to be ineligible for the Reward after a Reward is redeemed, PCL will debit from the Customer’s credit card account the equivalent value of the Reward without prior notice.
- All personal data provided by Customers at the time of registration for Reward redemption, including Customer’s name, credit card numbers, machine-printed sales invoice and credit card sales slips, are to be handled by MegaBox and collected by PCL for the purpose of identifying, verifying Customers and relevant transactions and fulfilling internal audit purpose. All collected personal data are strictly for this Promotion. Customers who provide the above information for registration will be deemed to understand and agree the purpose and the collection of data. Customers who do not accept the arrangement will be deemed voluntarily giving up participation in the Promotion. All relevant data collected during the Promotion will be destroyed after the Promotion. PCL will securely store and prohibit unauthorized access to all Customers’ data.
“Selected Stores Offers” Terms and Conditions
- The promotion period of Selected Stores Offers is from 16 September 2024 to 17 November 2024 (both days inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
- The Selected Stores Offers only apply to the designated stores at MegaBox (“Selected Stores”). For details of the Selected Stores Offers, please refer to PCL’s website.
- Customers must present an Eligible Credit Card to the Selected Stores before making purchases, placing restaurant orders, making reservations and payments to qualify for the Offers.
- The Offers are subjected to the terms and conditions by the respective Selected Stores. Please enquire the Selected Stores for details accordingly.
- Discounts and gifts are in limited quantity and are only available while supplies last.
“Mega Club New Membership Offer” Terms and Conditions
- The promotion period of Mega Club New Membership Offer is from 16 September 2024 to 17 November 2024 (both days inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
- During the Promotion Period, each Customer who newly registered as a Mega Club member shall present the Eligible Credit Card at Mega Club Counter @ G for the redemption of an extra hour of free parking on weekdays (excluding public holidays) (Each vehicle is entitled to enjoy a maximum of 5 hours of free parking per day, regardless of the quantity and type of offer redeemed) and an extra 1,000 Mega Point.
