Mega Club Instant Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

 
  • Single same-day merchant’s machine-printed receipt together with Union Pay / EPS / credit card sale slip or transaction history in Electronic Payment mobile app (for Octopus Card, Alipay or WeChat Pay) must be presented (payment by cash is not accepted).
  • All participants must be aged 18 or above and register as Mega Club member in MegaBox app.
  • If customers present receipts within 30 days from the day of transaction (instead of same-day receipts), such receipts will only be eligible to Mega Club Points earning and cannot be used for joining Instant Lucky Draw.
  • Lucky Draw enrollment period is from 22 Apr 2022 to 30 Jun 2022, 10:00pm. Late submission will not be accepted.
  • Receipts used for redeeming lottery no. and Mega Club Points cannot be used for participating in other promotions (including Premium Redemption, other in-mall promotional activities, etc.).
  • Only consider net purchase amount (i.e. after deducting discounts, coupon or cash vouchers issued by MegaBox).
  • Do not accept receipts of deposit or partial payment, banking service, recharge service, mobile SIM card recharge, bill, membership, purchase of prepaid-card (e.g. gift card, gift voucher, cash voucher, discount card, etc.) concert ticket, movie ticket stub, online payment receipt, sales venue or booths receipts, hand written or reprinted receipts. 
  • Merchant's name, transaction date and time, receipt number, all purchased items and spending amount (HK$) must be clearly shown on merchant's machine-printed receipt.
  • Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to request for the original merchant's machine-printed receipts and Union Pay / EPS / credit card sale slips or transaction history in Electronic Payment mobile app (for Octopus Card, Alipay or WeChat Pay) and to record these by photographing, photo-copying and recording any relevant details for internal audit, and will stamp on the receipts for identification purpose.
  • We reserve the right to ask the Member to present the relevant card used for the Electronic Payment and any original receipts and/or sale slips) or transaction history in Electronic Payment mobile app (for Octopus Card, Alipay or WeChat Pay) in order to verify the transaction.
  • Do not accept amended, damaged, photo-copied receipts or receipts showing "transaction not accepted"
  • Prizes list please refer the latest update by MegaBox staff, shoppers can get the corresponding prize after getting the lucky draw result.
  • Images and values of prizes are for reference only.
  • The actual images and values of prizes may vary. In case of shortage of stock or other reasons, MegaBox will replace any prizes without prior notice.
  • Prizes cannot be amended, transferred, resold, exchanged for cash or other products / services. Terms and conditions apply to usage of prizes, please contact respective merchants / suppliers for details.
  • Warranty certificates, receipts or any affiliated costs (including but not limited to delivery charge, installation charge, administration fee, etc.) are not included.
  • Styles and colors of prizes are random and cannot be chosen.
  • Customers are responsible for checking the quality of Premiums at the time of redemption. No Premiums will be reissued afterwards under any circumstances.
  • In case of shortage of stock, MegaBox will replace any Premiums without prior notice.
  • Staff and relatives of MegaBox and respective merchants are not eligible to participate.
  • All related responsibilities and liabilities of provision of prizes that are relevant to this promotion are to be entirely borne by the respective provider.

  • By submitting receipts to this promotion, participants agreed to be borne by this Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of MegaBox app.
  • If any person was found conducted any actual, suspected or alleged fraud related to Premiums Redemption, including but not limited to using counterfeit receipts, using stolen receipts or redeeming Premiums with dishonest intent, MegaBox will reserve the right to forfeit such person’s redeemed Premiums, as well as to suspend such person’s right to redeem any Premiums and to claim losses and/or apply for other legal remedies.
  • In case of any disputes on the above T&Cs, MegaBox reserves the right of final decision.
