“Mega Club Delightful Grand Lucky Draw” Terms and Conditions
- All participants must be aged 18 or above and register as Mega Club member in MegaBox app.
- Single same-day merchant’s machine-printed receipt together with Union Pay / EPS / credit card sale slip or transaction history in Electronic Payment mobile app (for Octopus Card, Alipay or WeChat Pay) must be presented (payment by cash is not accepted).
- Designated merchants include below merchants listed in Shopping & Dining Guide: (i) Chinese Restaurants and (ii) Kids Wear / Toys / Playground / Baby Care / MegaKids Bazaar (except pop-up store)
- MegaBox will verify the receipts submitted in MegaBox app within 7 working days after submission. Respective lottery nos. and Mega Club Points will be distributed to members after verification.
- MegaBox reserves the final right to decline any applications with suspicious receipts, including but not limited to unclear images, duplicated receipt numbers, receipts with cash payments, expired receipts, etc. Customers understand and accept that the receipts submitted may be deemed as declined or invalid. MegaBox reserves the right to amend the materials needed for participation without prior notice. In case of any dispute, MegaBox reserves the right of final decision.
- Lucky Draw enrollment period is from 15 Sep 2021 to 1 Mar 2022, 11:59pm. Receipts used for participation must be submitted within 30 days (inclusive) via Mega Club Counter @ G or within 14 days (inclusive) via MegaBox app. (All receipts must be submitted on or before 11:59pm 1 Mar 2022. Late submission will not be accepted.)
- Receipts used for redeeming lottery no. and Mega Club Points cannot be used for participating in other promotions (including Premium Redemption, other in-mall promotional activities, etc.).
- Only consider net purchase amount (i.e. after deducting discounts, coupon or cash vouchers issued by MegaBox).
- Do not accept receipts of deposit or partial payment, banking service, recharge service, mobile SIM card recharge, bill, membership, purchase of prepaid-card (e.g. gift card, gift voucher, cash voucher, discount card, etc.) concert ticket, movie ticket stub, online payment receipt, sales venue or booths receipts, hand written or reprinted receipts.
- Merchant's name, transaction date and time, receipt number, all purchased items and spending amount (HK$) must be clearly shown on merchant's machine-printed receipt.
- Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to request for the original merchant's machine-printed receipts and Union Pay / EPS / credit card sale slips or transaction history in Electronic Payment mobile app (for Octopus Card, Alipay or WeChat Pay) and to record these by photographing, photo-copying and recording any relevant details for internal audit, and will stamp on the receipts for identification purpose.
- Do not accept amended, damaged, photo-copied receipts or receipts showing transaction not accepted.
- The Lucky Draw results will be announced on 9 Mar 2022 in Sing Tao Daily, The Standard, MegaBox app and website.
- Prize winners will be notified by push notification in MgaBox app. Please refer to member registered e-mail for details.
- Images and values of prizes are for reference only.
- The actual images and values of prizes may vary. In case of shortage of stock or other reasons, MegaBox will replace any prizes without prior notice.
- Prizes cannot be amended, transferred, resold, exchanged for cash or other products / services. Terms and conditions apply to usage of prizes, please contact respective merchants / suppliers for details.
- Warranty certificates, receipts or any affiliated costs (including but not limited to delivery charge, installation charge, administration fee, etc.) are not included.
- Styles and colors of prizes are random and cannot be chosen.
- Staff and relatives of MegaBox and respective merchants are not eligible to participate.
- Participants shall make sure the information submitted are correct and accurate. MegaBox will not be liable for any losses that might be incurred in the events of not being able to contact prize winners due to incomplete or inaccurate information submitted by participants.
- All related responsibilities and liabilities of provision of prizes that are relevant to this promotion are to be entirely borne by the respective provider.

- By submitting receipts to this promotion, participants agreed to be borne by this Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of MegaBox app.
- In case of any disputes, MegaBox reserves the right of final decision.
- This Summer Lucky Draw is organized by MegaBox Development Co. Ltd., and is not affiliated with Apple Inc. / Google LLC or any other 3rd parties.
