Lunch E-stamp Rewards

E-stamp redemption details:
Transaction Date: 29 July - 30 Nov 2020 (Monday – Saturday only, except Public Holidays)
Transaction Time: 12:00nn – 3:00pm

Mechanism:
Customers can collect 1 e-stamp^ upon spending of HK$100 or above* at any merchant of MegaBox. Customer can redeem Kärcher hand sanitizer (30ml) upon collecting 2 e-stamps or PACIFIC COFFEE HK$25 cash coupon upon collecting 6 e-stamps.
* Single merchant’s machine-printed receipt of 29 July - Nov Sep 2020 together with UnionPay / EPS / credit card sale slip must be presented (payment by cash or Octopus card is not accepted). Redeem 1 e-stamp upon spending of HK$100 ; redeem 2 e-stamps upon spending of HK$200 ; redeem 3 e-stamps upon spending of HK$300. Each set of receipts can redeem for maximum 3 e-stamps.

^Customers need to download/update MegaBox App to join the e-stamp promotion. Customer have to submit a valid merchant’s machine-printed receipt with spending during 29 July 2020 to 30 Nov 2020 (both dates inclusive) , UnionPay / EPS / credit card sale slip (payment by cash or Octopus card is not accepted) and within 14 days from date of the transaction (as per the date stated on the machine-printed receipts) to register e-stamp.

- MegaBox will verify the data within 7 working days. All valid e-stamp will be distribute to customers on or before 7 Dec 2020 in MegaBox App.
- Maximum 16 e-stamps can be redeemed in one e-stamp card, if the sales receipts that already uploaded for registering e-stamp already excess 16 no. of e-stamps, extra e-stamp will NOT be counted. (If shoppers already redeemed 16 no. of e-stamps, shoppers can exchange the e-stamps into the e-redemption coupon of designated premiums to continue the e-stamp collection)
- Each set of receipts can only be used for participating in one promotion (including Points Earning, Premiums Redemption, other in-mall promotional activities, etc.).

Customers can browse through all available premiums in Mobile App and redeem directly. Please visit Redemption / Mega Club Counter @ G to redeem premium at designated period and time to pick up the premiums.
- All e-stamps are valid until 14 Dec 2020 and will be voided on 14 Dec 2020 at 11:59pm

Terms and Conditions:
1.E-stamp promotion period starts from 29 July 2020 to 30 November 2020 (from Monday to Saturday, except Public Holidays, and both dates inclusive) . Customers need to download/update MegaBox App and then register for e-Stamps upon daily spending HK$100 or above in any merchants of MegaBox during 12:00nn – 3:00pm of each transaction date of the promotion period and submit single merchant’s machine-printed receipt together with UnionPay / EPS / credit card sale slip (payment by cash or Octopus card is not accepted) in Mobile App. Each set of receipts can register for maximum 3 e-stamps.
2.Spending time of 12:00nn – 3:00pm must be clearly shown for all merchant’s receipts.
3.Customers can browse through all available premiums in Mobile App and redeem directly. Customers need to collect designated amount of e-stamps successfully by 7 Dec 2020(or until stock last), and exchange for the e-redemption coupon of Kärcher sanitizer(30ml) with 2 e-stamps and/or the e-redemption coupon of KFC HK$20 cash coupon upon collecting 6 e-stamps on or before 14 Dec 2020 (or until stock lasts).Customer can redeem the same premium repeatedly during the promotion period. Customer who redeem the premium need to be the same person of the cardholder.
4.During promotion period, customer can register for more than one set of valid merchant’s machine-printed receipts together with UnionPay / EPS / credit card sale slip (payment by cash or Octopus card is not accepted) per each transaction day, there is no limit on the number of e-stamp one customer can collect on each transaction day.
5.Maximum 16 e-stamps can be redeemed in one e-stamp card, if the sales receipts that already uploaded for registering e-stamp already excess 16 no. of e-stamps, extra e-stamp will NOT be counted. (If shoppers already redeemed 16 no. of e-stamps, shoppers can exchange the e-stamps into the e-redemption coupon of designated premiums to continue the e-stamp collection)
6.E-stamps will be issued based on the submission sequence of sales receipts.
7.Customer have to submit a valid merchant’s machine-printed receipt with transaction between 29 July – 30 Nov 2020 (both dates inclusive) , UnionPay / EPS / credit card sale slip (payment by cash or Octopus card is not accepted) and within 14 days from date of the transaction (as per the date stated on the machine-printed receipts) to register e-stamp (all receipts must be submitted on or before 11:59pm 30 Nov 2020 via Mega Club Counter @ G or MegaBox app. Late submission will not be accepted). MegaBox will verify the data within 7 working days. MegaBox reserves the right to decline the application of suspect receipts, including unclear images, duplicated serial numbers on receipts, cash payments, invalid receipts, etc. Customers understand and accept that the transaction(s) may be deemed as declined or invalid. MegaBox reserves the right to amend the data need to be uploaded. In the event of any dispute, MegaBox reserves the right of final decision on all matters.
8.Do not accept receipts issued by shop offering cash refund and/or exchange service for self e-stamp registration in Mobile App. Mega Club member can visit Redemption / Mega Club Counter @ G to redeem e-stamp by presenting merchant’s machine-printed receipt together with UnionPay / EPS / credit card sale slip (payment by cash or Octopus card is not accepted) and within 14 days from date of the transaction (as per the date stated on the machine-printed receipts). (This service is not applicable for non-Mega Club member)
9.The e-stamps being received are only applicable for redemption during the Promotion Period, and e-stamps received but not used for exchange for premium e-redemption coupon will become invalid on 14 Dec 2020 at 11:59pm.
10.Once the redemption is confirmed, e-stamp will automatically be deducted from the account. All redeemed premiums and used e-stamps cannot be returned, refunded or cancelled under any circumstances.
11.Upon successful redemption, the e-redemption coupon of the redeemed premium will be stored in the “E-coupon” automatically. Customers need to redeem for the premium during the designated pick up period. Customers are responsible for checking the quality of premiums at the time of pick up. No premiums will be reissued and no points will be refunded afterwards under any circumstances.
12.Mega Club members must log in their membership account for e-stamps registration and register for e-stamps in Mega Club accounts logged in page during the whole promotion period. All the redeemed e-stamps and premiums will be tied in with their respective Mega Club accounts.
13.Highly recommend customers to register as Mega Club members before “Lunch E-stamp Reward” registration. If customers choose to participate via non-member account in MegaBox App, they cannot register for e-stamp by receipts issued by merchant offering cash refund and/or exchange service. Besides, all redeemed e-stamps and premiums will be tied in with their mobile devices. If customers lost their mobile devices, all tied in e-stamps and premiums will be lost. MegaBox takes no responsibility for any losses that might be caused.
14.Any participation in this promotion constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of this promotion & MegaBox App.
15.Each customer can only use one Mega Club account / one mobile phone / one mobile device to earn the e-stamp, e-stamps registered at different devices cannot be combined.
16.Redeemers must be the same person as the cardholder.
17.Each set of receipts can only be used for participating in one promotion (including Points Earning, Premiums Redemption, other in-mall promotional activities, etc.).
18.Each customer can use at most 2 sets of receipts from same merchant to participate in any promotions (including Points Earning, Premiums Redemption, other in-mall promotional activities, etc.)
19.Only consider receipt’s net purchase amount (i.e. after deducting discounts, coupons or cash vouchers issued by MegaBox).
20.Do not accept receipts of deposit or partial payment, banking service, recharge service, mobile SIM card recharge, bill, tuition (except Mega Ice), membership, purchase of prepaid-card (e.g. gift card, gift voucher, cash voucher, discount card, etc.) concert ticket, movie ticket stub, online payment receipt, sales venue or booths receipts, hand written or reprinted receipts.
21.Merchant's name, transaction date and time, receipt number, all purchased items and spending amount (HK$) must be clearly shown on merchant's machine-printed receipt.
22.Do not accept amended, damaged, photo-copied receipts or receipts showing "transaction not accepted".
23.Receipts that are voided, returned or with refunded (partially or fully) transactions are not eligible for participating in any promotions (including Points Earning, Premiums Redemption, other in-mall promotional activities, etc.).
24.Customer should keep the original receipts and related sale slips for 3 months (including start and end dates) from the starting date of related promotion for verification purpose if needed.
25.Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to request for the original merchant's machine-printed receipts and sale slips and to record these by photographing, photo-copying and recording any relevant details for internal audit, and will stamp on the receipts for identification purpose.
26.Staff of MegaBox reserves the right to request for Member's UnionPay / EPS / credit card used in related transaction for identification and verification purpose.
27.All redeemed Premiums cannot be returned, refunded or cancelled under any circumstances.
28.All Premiums are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
29.Photos and values are for reference only.
30.All Premiums do not include warranty, return or exchange service.
31.Redeemers are responsible for checking the quality of Premiums at the time of redemption. No Premiums will be reissued afterwards under any circumstances.
32.In case of shortage of stock, MegaBox will replace any Premiums without prior notice.
33.All related responsibilities and liabilities of provision of Premiums and offers that are relevant to this promotion are to be entirely borne by the respective provider.
34.If any person was found conducted any actual, suspected or alleged fraud related to Premiums Redemption, including but not limited to using counterfeit receipts, using stolen receipts or redeeming Premiums with dishonest intent, MegaBox will reserve the right to forfeit such person’s redeemed Premiums, as well as to suspend such person’s right to redeem any Premiums and to claim losses and/or apply for other legal remedies.
35.Staff of MegaBox and all merchants are not eligible to participate.
36.In case of any disputes on the above T&Cs, MegaBox reserves the right of final decision.
37.The above T&Cs are subject to change without prior notice.
